Mikella, the Temporal Impeder

Mikella, the Temporal Impeder is a Quantum Captain, and is encountered in the boss pit of the Outer Ring sector of Zelem's Nexus in Onslaught difficulty. Mikella is a much larger and more powerful version of the Decelerator, and has the Frenzied and Frenzied Aura Affixes, meaning he and allies near him will attack much faster than normal, and since this captain is a Decelerator, he will do whatever it takes to slow his enemies.
